I would like help in finding the parents and siblings of Niclas Svensson G46M-HCG. His birth record shows his father as Sven Nilsson. He was born 25 Sep 1794 in Kalmar, Kalmar, Sweden.

I have attached Niclas' birth record from Arkivdigital. I would appreciate any assistance finding his birth family in the household records, etc.

This could be his estate record. In this record He has a son names Niclas and he died in Skalby where Niclas was born

In this estate record it says the father died in 1828. His widow is Karin Nilsdotter. He died in Nortorp under Skalby. Niclas was born in the Kalmar Stadsforsamling and there was no Skalby listed in the three books for that time period. But there is a Skalby village in the Landsforsamling book for the time Niclas was born.

In the estate record it says Sven has a daughter named Cathrina who married a Jonas Titus and she is at the bottom of that same household record.

Thank you for your answers and your help. I need some help in figuring out who is who. In the household record there is a Sven Nilsson at the top of the page with Cajsa Jonsdotter listed I presume as his wife. Then down a little ways is Helena Marie Andersdotter. Then there is someone crossed out, then Niclas Svensson and his first wife Stina Jonsdotter with most of their children showing. The second image I can't figure out at all. And I can't read the estate record. Sorry my Swedish is so poor.

Yes it does say Cajsa Jonsdotter is the wife of Sven (hustru mean wife). Helena is a piga (single female worker), the rest on that page that are related to Sven is Niclas and his family and further down is Jonas Persson Titus born 18 jan 1793, his wife Cathrina Svensdotter (Sven's daughter) born 1796, son Johan Peder 16 june 1818, Indrid Catharina 2 mar 1820, Sophia Lovisa 14 June, 1823 and Anna Mathilda 21 Aug 1826. I am going to repost that estate record under my name and someone who can read it better than me will answer. So look for it under my name.

If the estate record says Karin Nilsdotter is his widow how can Cajsa Jonsdotter be his wife in the household record which shows his death year?

Yes I was wondering about that also. The person who indexed the estate record could have gotten it wrong. That’s why I wanted someone who could read it better to see what they thought.
