Might they be this Child family? They lived in Connecticut in the early 1800s; the information for the mourning picture from the American Folk Art Museum says the picture is from the Eastern US circa 1810.
There is no Alice in the family, but the mother and one of the daughters (one looks like an incorrectly gendered duplicate) are named Olive, and the first name on the picture looks like it could very well be "Olive".
"Honaree" could be their son Horace. Julia and Laura are the names of two of their other daughters. Charles is the name as the father and two sons.
Olive Jr., Julia, Laura, Horace, and the first Charles Jr. were all deceased by 1806, which fits well with the estimated time frame for this piece.
