Anders is "deres søn" (their son) which means that John Erikssen is his father and Berit Andersdotter is his mother.
John Erikssen's "Family Position" is "huusf." (huusfader) Literally it means "housefather" but "Head of the House" works better in English. Ole is the "huusfaderens søn", which means that John Erikssen is his father but Berit Andersdotter is not his mother. Because of the ages of the children, however, I would question whether that is correct.
I believe his birth is 25 Sept 1863 in Skaarvold, Støren, SørTrondelag, Norway (#30 in this record: https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/2405/95 . His parents are John Eriksen and Berith Andersdotter, so that matches the census.
"Ug" is an abbreviation for "ugift"meaning "unmarried".

The only way to find out for sure is to find Ole Johnssen in his birth and christening record. He could easily be a child of the mother as well as she s only 42 in 1865. She would have been age 39 at the time of his birth. This census has been indexed, you may also want to check the original census. I actually found him in the birth and christening records for Støren, Sør-Trøndelag, Norway in The Digital Archives pg. 92. It states that his father is John Eriksen and mother Berith Andersdatter. ENtry no. 30. See link below.
