Re-tagging photos that other person uploaded

Someone tagged people on a photo with the wrong names. How do I untag the wrong people and retag with the correct names? I do not see a delete tag option.

@Blau Debra​  You could do two things. First you could message the person who tagged them to discuss your different information. Second you could try downloading the picture to your computer or phone then renaming it​. After you do this upload it to the same person's Memories and tag it according to your records.

In Memories there is also a place to make comments on the photos.
