Need some assistance finishing transcription and translation of marriage record
Greetings,
I am working on transcribing a marriage document for my 3rd Great Uncle named Carlo Casinelli and need some assistance. I had found records that he was married to a woman named Maria Teresa Giuseppina Gametti and that they had their first child in Isola Del Liri, Frosinone in 1859 with more following in later years. I had been unable to locate their marriage record until today and I've been able to transcribe most of it but there is a term that is used regarding the birthplace of his wife and her parents location that I need some help with.
Here is what I have transcribed so far:
Isola 13 Settembre 1865
What I'm stuck on is the word that appears in the sentence "Maria Giuseppina Gametti di anni trentacinque nata in ??? Provincia de Liegi" which is listed again for her parents information. I'm assuming that this is some type of abbreviation but I'm not quite sure what it means.
I've most likely made other errors in my transcription so I'd be grateful for any assistance in correcting those as well.
Also, am I correct in assuming that Carlo and Maria were previously married in some type of civil union and this document is now confirming that they are officially married by the local church?
Additionally, I had previously been unable to find the surname Gametti on Cognomix and if I am reading this record correctly, it looks like his wife Maria was actually from the province of Liege, Belgium.
This document was quite a find and I'm eager to learn all I can from it.

You welcome, but....Another thing: You say:
Also, am I correct in assuming that Carlo and Maria were previously married in some type of civil union and this document is now confirming that they are officially married by the local church?
This is not the case, the opposite is true: Carlo and Maria ask that the religious marriage that has already taken place to be recognized for civil effects.
The separation of the two registrations took place everywhere in Italy from the period of the conquest of Rome by the Savoy troops (Bersaglieri) on September 20, 1870, until the "Concordato" (agreed), of 1929, feb, 11, took place.
But it was common in many states

Interesting, thank you for the clarification. The processetti documents stated that they were married in Isola Del Liri in 1858 but I didn't find any record of this in the Matrimoni section for that year on Antenati. There is one processetti document that looks to be about their marriage but it is in Latin so that will take me some time to transcribe.
I did locate Maria's birth document and her parents marriage record from Huy on Family Search, but I will need a lot more practice reading French documents to transcribe everything.
