Person keeps adding children to a tree which don't belong to that family
There is a family which I know had only 6 children (5 daughters, 1 son). Someone added 3 new children (2 daughters, 1 son) with no sources, no dates, and no places of birth and death. I removed the 3 children and noted during removal they didn't belong to the family. The person then created 3 new children (2 daughters, 1 son) and added them back to the family. I sent the person a message via FamilySearch asking for sources and an explanation, but had no reply. I removed the 3 new children. The person then added all 6 of the children back (now 4 daughter, 2 sons), with each person being a duplicate of each other. I sent the person a direct email asking for sources, but had no reply. I again removed all the extra children (now 6 extras) and added them to their own family.
Is there no way for someone at FamilySearch to contact this person to have them explain why they are adding 3 children to a family when they show no sources, no dates, and no places for these children? How do others handle it?

Thanks Brett. I'm not sure how to submit a support case. Would I do that through "Contact Us" under the "?" icon?
I now found another person with the same exact issue. So glad I'm not the only one with this problem.

Short Answer: 'Yes' ...
.
There are two (x2) ways of submitting a 'Support' Case:
.
Firstly, as you have already found ...
.
On the 'Top' Line Menu, on the 'right-hand-side', under "?" (formerly: "Help"); and, then, down the 'Drop Down Menu', down to "Contact Us" ...
.
.
.
.
OR
.
Secondly ...
.
On the 'Bottom' Line Menu, in the middle, under "Feedback".
.
Select "Problem".
.
.
.
.
Either one, it does not matter ...
.
And ...
.
Of course, certainly, you are NOT alone ... far from it.
.
Unfortunately, it is a problem/issue that you come across ...
.
Sometimes, you can resolve the problem/issue through "Collaboration", sometimes not ...
.
I hope this helps.
