How can I find the parents, grandparents, etc. information for my Great-Grandfather. His name was M
He arrived in the USA 3/16/1903 and the manifest indicates his place of residence was Esperia. It is my understanding that he came from a small town in which his family owned a grocery store and olive orchards. I think that his parents were Marco, Sr. & Modesta. He may have been 1 of 11 children which included twins (Romeo & Juliet). Some of this information was handed down through the family and I am trying to confirm it. Any ideas where to look? I'd appreciate any help that you can provide. Thanks in advance.

I am a beginner in Italian and so know very little, but here's what I can tell you: The locality you are looking for is Esperia, Frosinone (province), Lazio (region), Italy. The Atenati are records on line which would help you in some regions, but Esperia is not shown. Frosinone is listed as "scheduled," which means they plan to do them sometime but haven't begun yet. There are private researchers who could possibly help you; there are some genealogical sites where you can get information (I would look at several to get an idea before making any commitments).
Because you have an actual birth date, a private researcher should be able to visit the record location and find you the information. The birth record should give you the full name of parents, including the mother's maiden name. Then you could find their marriage record, which would list their parents, and you would be off and running.
If you do a google search of Esperia, Frosinone, Lazio genealogy, you will find some suggestions from FamilySearch as well as other organizations that deal with Italian research in that region.
It would be really nice if the records you need were online at the Atenati site, but it doesn't look like they have got to Esperia. Note: Parts of Frosinone records are included in Caserta (instead of Lazio). But it doesn't look like Esperia is there at all yet.
That's everything I know. There may be Facebook or other groups focused on Esperia genealogy (possibly) but I didn't see any, looking quickly. But at least you have the locality, and a good date and parents names, so finding a match should not be difficult once you find a way to access the records.

Marco's naturalization certificate lists his birthplace as Esparia Feriore. I think this is the village of Esperia Inferiore, which is part of the municipality of Esperia.
There are many people much more knowledgeable than me at this, but this would help you pinpoint the part of Esperia where he was from.

There is one parish (now) in Esperia Inferiore: S. Pietro in Curulis

Just a couple more things: A document in ancestry.com shows he was detained for a couple of days when he arrived (consumed 2 breakfasts, 3 dinners, 2 suppers) and then was released to his Uncle Pachola di Marco. This could be a hint for his family - sibling or spouse of sibling of his father or mother. If it doesn't work, you can search in ancestry.com; I recommend you edit the name to remove Mike and just search for Marco, then pick immigration and it's there.
Second thing: FamilySearch has the records for San Pedro in Curulis and they are available to review. However, they only go to the early 1860s. I checked the births from 1841 through the end, looking for a Marco or Marcantonio Aceto and couldn't find one being born, but that would have been iffy anyway (assuming the father of someone born in 1884 was born before 1861). There are several Aceto families there in town. You really need the marriage of Marco (the immigrant)'s parents, which would be in the 1870s or 1880s. So no help there, but FamilySearch does have the records but you need to get back further to know who your family is there (if they lived there). Marco's birth (the immigrant) and his parents record (Marco and Modesta) will be key.
