This record shows the death of Nils Bure. I would like a translation of all the notes. Thanks.

Nils Bure, lecturer from​ Herrhagen 223, died at 3 July 1921, born 5 Feb 1858. Married. Parish book page 690. Cause of death: Arteriosclerosis vitium cordio. Died in Bad-Nauheim, Germany, buried at 15 July 1921 at 4 pm by vicar Hillbom. Widow born 1858.
