What is this document saying?
Someone had posted a birth date of 21 Sep 1811 for a child named Catharina Adelheid Sandhaus. Her parents are listed as Johann Bernard Sandhaus and Margaretha Elisabeth Schaper.
There are parts of this record that seem to fit, but some parts do not. The father's name is the same, but the dates seem to be off a few days.
Also, I don't think the mother's maiden name is shown in this and I do not see the child's name.... am I correct in these observations?
Do you have any opinion if this is the record that points to the posting by someone in a Familysearch tree?

The father in this record is: Johann Bernard Sandhaus, of Grafeld.
The mother is not named in this record.
The child in this record is named: Anna Margaretha.
The child's birth date is: 15 September 1811.
Comment: This record does not point to the posting on Family Tree for the child named Catharina Adelheid Sandhaus, born 21 September 1811.

The link you posted came from Archival Identifier 0068 for the year 1811 only.
But look at Archival Identifier 0064 above this which covers baptisms from June 1809 to November 1811.
If you haven't done so already, you may want to check that group of baptismal records (0064) for the record you are looking for.
