Translation Request - Handwritten Marginal Notes
Italian Birth Record number 190 for Giuseppe Leone's birth in 1867 includes marginal notes that I believe concern correcting his surname to Leo. This would be consistent with all of his siblings. I'd appreciate it if someone could confirm such a correction.

Yes, consent given to correct the written name on the birth record to read Leo Giuseppe and not Leone Giuseppe as was erroneously written

Also it says he married Nunzia Mazzilli on 14 Jun 1894 in Corato, record #142.

Thank you! Would you also agree that he died on 17 March 1942? I'm reading that scrawl at the very bottom as "decaduta."
