Can someone tell me what information is given on the attached page please.
This image is from St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I don't find a title page for the section. Film no 104716084, image 78.
The attached page gives a name on the left, followed by a date, which appears to be listed in chronological order, and then to the right follows more information which I don't understand. For example, I'm studying the Muller family which arrived in Milwaukee Aug/Sep 1850. There is a Muller listed about halfway down the page.
Müller F 6 Dec (ditto) 1850 Then I can't read and/or don't understand the information following on the rest of the line. Can someone help please?
Thank you very much

It appears to be an index to the birth/marriage/death records earlier on the film. See in the middle column where it says 48, 49, and 50 with a bunch of ditto lines? Those are showing the year of the event in the previous section.

With reference to the specific Müller entry you cited, I read the letter after Müller as a T rather than an F, the T being an abbreviation for "Taufe" = baptism, christening.
Müller T 6 Dec 1850 indicates that there is a baptism for a child with the last name of Müller which took place on 6 December 1850.
Now go to the main part of the register and look for the section for baptisms ("Taufen") for the year 1850 and look for a baptism which took place on 6 December 1850. Here is the link for that baptism:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSTJ-SSCC-8?i=45&cat=2843175
It is record no. 85 for a child named Carl Wilhelm Gustav Müller, born on 30 October 1850 and baptized on 6 December 1850.
Note that you are looking for the baptismal date, not the birth date.
I looked through the main part of the register and each year consists of the following types of records: baptisms (Taufen), marriages (Trauungen), burials (Begräbnisse), communions (Communionen) and confirmations (Confirmationen).
In the index:
T = Taufen = baptisms
Tr = Trauungen = marriages
Br = Begräbnisse = burials
There are several other abbreviations used in the index but it is not clear to me what these mean.
The entries following the long dash/ditto mark on the same line are simply additional entries with dates, either for the same surname or a different surname if written in.
