Is anyone a Stake Leader or a FamilySearch employee who has set up sub-groups and managed members? I
they can't do anything. They want to manage members, create four sub-groups and invite ward members to join them. Also since I made them the group admins or other changes were made, I am not in the ward groups in my stake so I can't even do it for them. Can someone help me? We are beginning a Stake Indexing challenge May 1st and I need to get this going today or tomorrow please.

@Shanna S. Jones This sounds like something that FamilySearch Support may need to get involved in. Call them at 1-866-406-1830.

@Shanna S. Jones I am going to move this conversation over to the All Temple & Family History Consultants Group to see if they can help you in the meantime. They have got some great people in there.

I have not had that experience; but, was trying to do something with regard to Ward "Indexing" 'Groups' through 'Support' (a 'Support' Case), which was a total failure/non-event.
.
If you are an 'Admin' in your, Stake; and, own Ward, 'Groups'; but, are not a member in the other Wards/Branches in your Stake; then, can I suggest that you try the following:-
.
With regard to "Indexing"
First access:
https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/my-indexing
Then access YOUR Stake group:
https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/groups/...
Then, go down the Bottom 'Right-Hand-Side' of that page/screen to:
Related Groups
- Parent Group
.
Then, access the "Parent Group"
.
Here, I have two (2) suggest two avenues:
.
Firstly:
If you know the "Group Admin(s)"; then, e-mail/contact them directly with your problem/issue.
.
Secondly:
If you do not know the "Group Admin(s)"; then, select/access "Request to Join" (as you cannot 'Message' them), hopefully one of them will e-mail/contact you; so that, your can discuss your problem/issue.
.
That way possibly, at least, you can be made an "Admin" for the "Indexing" 'Groups' that you are currently NOT an 'Admin" - which may help you, to help the others - as a 'Stop Gap Measure'.
.
I do not know if what I have suggested will work; but, it is certainly something that you can try - better than nothing.
.
I hope this helps.

I had a long chat with them yesterday, it seems the system has a few limitations but I have a few workaround ideas. Thanks!

Great idea. I requested to join a few of the 10 wards and one let me in so far. Now I'll see if they can made me an admin. At any rate I am training several T & FH Leaders!
