Image Group Number - Search Field

I gave it a try and it does work… But you need to know the number of course. Depending on how you've navigated to a record image that number may not be readily available. More often a Film Number can be found. Maybe include that as a search field as well??

Also, might want to indicate why no result is found. It could be there is no transcript found with the desired keywords or that the Image Group has not been processed

You can find almost any DGS (Image Group) number cross-referenced from the old film number in the Catalog.
You can enter either in the Film/Fiche/Image search box and the resulting list will show both.

@Áine Ní Donnghaile I was thinking more about already viewing a record image and wanting to jump into Full Text search and explore results from the same set of images. Sometimes only the Film Number is easily found. Didn't want to go thru the 'extra' step of jumping into the Catalog

If you are looking at an unindexed record image, the DGS number is at the top left. If you are viewing an indexed record, the DGS number is in the Document Information field.
