Should "... conflicts with Unknown" be a flag?

"This person has a first name of Siri Johannesdatter, which does not match the name Unknown.(Unknown) in entry for John C. Emerson, "Minnesota, Death Index, 1908-2002"

This will always present when a document such as this death certificate has a spot for a name which was filled out as Unknown then indexed as unknown.

Should this not get flagged at all? Is it too difficult to make an exception for this? Should we be going into the index and if possible completely deleting the entry in the index? Or just shrug and dismiss it?

(I know this came up before but had the extra questions.)

Since we aren't supposed to index "unknown," is this an error in indexing or in post-processing? I agree it shouldn't be flagged - I think I have a post here somewhere on the same topic. (Wish group posts were searchable.)

This is the source that triggered that flag which is no longer present: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V4QT-SWT?lang=en

    It is attached to: https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/K2TJ-11G

The flag is not under dismissed Research Helps. I don't know at this point if I did dismiss it or if it vanished on its own.

@Gordon Collett thank you for your reply. That is weird. Gone and no dismissal showing. I went hunting and found another example that we can use.
