1877 Marriage Record Translation? Slovakian ancestors from Trstena in Zilina region

Hello! I'm trying to help a friend research her great-grandparents from Trstena (spelled Trsztena back in the 1870s). They were Andreas Stefanides and Johanna Meress, and we think we found their 1877 marriage record, but we can't read it, so we're not sure if we have the correct record. We were wondering if anyone could help us by translating it. It is marriage number 21 on image 455:

(That second half of the remark is in German, and neither my reading of it nor my translation should be entirely trusted. I suggest asking about it in the Germany Research group.)
