Assistance with the name of the place of birth for the Johanna Christina Keller: Geb 17 Sep 1848 and the location looks like it ends in -heim but I can't read the first part of the town name.

Also the section under Johann Jakob Joos about 1883- Does this mention the family moving from Untereisesheim to Wimpefen?

I read the mother's name as: Johanne Christiane Keller and she is from Horkheim.

The note under the father's name translates as: 1883 moved to the Erbach farm near Wimpfen.

Click on the "Map" link in the gray bar at the top of the entry. Wimpfen am Berg is marked with a red arrow. About half an inch to the northeast of the red arrow you will see a place on the map called "Erbach". This is likely where the family moved in 1883.
