translation please (2.1 of 3)
Would someone please translate this birth record of Anna Maria, daughter of Maria Barbara Oßwald and possibly J J Lauzer? (There are three Anna Maria's on the image and two of them are my distant cousins.) This would also be the second (alive) Anna Maria for her mother.
First entry on page 321 not numbered.
According to the entry this child and the one on pg 243 entry #2 ( which is my 2 of 3 request) are sisters? https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSWC-LS3C-C?cc=3015626&i=171
thank you in advance for all you service

This is not an actual birth record, but another declaration of paternity from a previous entry in the baptism register (p. 243 No. 2). Here's the translation -
In the year 1861 on the 9th of June, appeared before the undersigned pastor and both witnesses Simon Oswald, citizen and farmer in Lütschenbach, and Jacob Wagner, citizen and farmer in Malsburg, the citizen and farmer Johann Jacob [Läuger?] of Kaltenbach, and declared that he would like to adopt and be viewed as the father of the child which his current wife Maria Barbara Oswald gave birth to while she was unmarried on the 11th of January 1859 at 9 o'clock in the morning in Lütschenbach, and which according to the Baptism register for the year 1859, p. 243 No. 2 was given the name Anna Maria.

Note - in Baden church records around this time, all births were numbered sequentially in the baptism register, When you see an unnumbered entry, it may be a paternity declaration like this one, or it could be a birth recorded from a different parish.
