Note - in an unnumbered entry at the bottom of p. 328, Johann Friedrich Lais acknowledges paternity of this child. This isn't the same surname as the other two records you were looking at, but if you want, I will translate this entry as well.

In the year 1861 on the 12th of August, appeared Johann Friedrich Lais, unmarried mason from Marzell, of legal age, and acknowledged before the undersigned pastor and the witnesses Philipp Wagner, citizen and weaver in Vogelback, and Johann Bechtel, citizen and shoemaker here, that he is the father of the child which the unmarried Anna Maria Wehrlin of Vogelbach gave birth to on the 31st of May at 9 o'clock in the evening, and which according to the Baptism register p. 322 #40 was given the name Anna Maria.

thank you for the translation. On this image there are three Anna Maria's two of which are my distant cousins.
As you noticed this #40 Anna Maria is from a different family than the other two entries (my mistake). However this Anna Maria (b1861) may not be in FS yet at least her mother (K8YN-Z36) does not have a child by that name. Her mother does have another illegitimate child Friedrich with a different man (than J F Lais) being attached as the father, so I might be sending that image in for translation, and asking for help verifying that father as well.
If you would be so kind as to translate the entry on page 328 I would be grateful.
