Swedish translation of christening of Jeppa Swensson

Could someone please translate the christening record of Jeppa on 2 June 1717? The farm appears to be sjöstorp in Dalby Parish. I think the father's name is Swen or Sven Amundsson. Are the people at the end of the record witnesses or the mother? What is the word before Anna's name? Does it give her last name or is Jöns Albrechtsson another person?

Transcription: "d[en] 2 Junii Döptes ifån Siöstorp Swen Asmunds[sons] son Jeppa, sus[ceptorix] Anna Jöns Albrechtssons."

Translation: "the 2nd June baptized in from Siörstorp Swen Asmunds[son's] son, Jeppa, godmother Anna, Jöns Albrechtsson's [implied wife]."

The mother's name is not mentioned in any of the (legitimate) birth/christening records, so Anna in the record is not the mother of Jeppe.
