Translation:

Master Martin Schmied and Mrs. Elisabeth, widow of the late master miller at the "Kappelmühle" Andreas _anel(?) née Schild(?), were married on July 17th.

Comment: "Kappelmühle" is probably the name of a specific mill (possibly near a Kapelle (chapel)); Kapellmüller means the miller at this mill.
