Partner Trees seems to be a bunch of trees that were loaded to the Pedigree Resource File from other tree-linking websites. (I cannot find any documentation on them through the help articles on FamilySearch > Help.) That particular file appears to be have been created at Rootsfinder.com which is owned by findmypast.com.
From that site:
RootsFinder gives you an easy way to share information between your tree and FamilySearch without allowing other people to edit your tree. Copy what you want; share what you want with FamilySearch. It's your tree and you're in control.
Then use RootsFinder to continue your research and keep data, documents, and memories in sync as your tree grows.
Apparently, it is build-your-tree site that then uploads your tree to the Pedigree Resource File, not directly into FamilySearch Family Tree. In any case, Jenny Franklin would have had to create a login in order to upload her tree to FamilySearch Genealogies. Her name should have been hyperlinked to the messaging system. I'd try copying her name "Jenny Franklin" and pasting it in the address box of the FamilySearch messaging system to send her a message. I think we should make a report to FamilySearch's feedback to let them know that the contact hyperlink isn't working for these partner trees.
You might also be able to contact Jenny Franklin by signing up for a RootsFinder.com account and searching there for her tree.
