Two issues: Tagging multiple people and Viewing Details
I have reviewed the previous discussions and don't see one specifically address the problem of trying to tag multiple people in one document - the tags and names run over each other, blocking the view of the document which makes tagging difficult. I have learned that I need to enlarge the image to more clearly identify the names to be tagged, but I am really hoping there might be a better way to "fix" the tagging process. ( I would add an illustrative example but am unable to do so here…)
My second concern is that I have had three people ask me about how to edit details this week - it isn't clear that your recent change means we have to select edit to view the details and make changes such as editing the title or adding a date/place.
I really don't like that the details on memories I have added don't show to me unless I select edit. Memories added by someone else have the details all together (not under labels - I guess that is acceptable, but why did you change it? It was fine before with the detail labels wasn't it? I have found that the people I have worked with this week are also unaware that it may be necessary to click on the information icon to see who is tagged in the memory. These newest changes are a little confusing to most everyone.

First, I'm sorry for your continued struggles with the Tagging process. Unfortuantely, the tagging process is working as designed. There are no further enhancements currently planned to "fix" the issue of having a cluttered screen while tagging. Again, I am sorry it isn't working better for you.
However, the Memory Viewer will continue to go through updates. And the Engineers are aware that many Tags do clutter memories.
As for the "Edit" issue, Yes, the Memory Viewer did go through a recent update, and the old "Details" section was changed. Sorry that it doesn't appear as user-friendly as before. I will make a note of this challenge.
In the meantime, we have a discussion which shows how best to manage this process. It is also on our Known Issues page.
Sorry again for the struggles. But thank you for your candid feedback!
