Problem with Premium Content Browser Extension & Portal Page

Are any other centers having a problem with the Chrome Premium Content Browser Extension? It is grayed out on all our computers and can't be activated. When we try to activate we get an error "Unable to verify that you are currently in a FamilySearch Center. Speak with center staff to correct this." I have used the FHC Support Tool, Center Identification, and it recognizes the center and verifies that the unit # and email are correct, but that hasn't helped. We can't access the portal or any of the locked image content. I also tried Firefox, but the extension can't be activated there either. Any help would be appreciated.

Just found this comment and we are having the exact same issue in the México City México Temple Square FamilySearch Center. Tech people we've talked to are saying it's related to the physical site router/IP configuration, which doesn't recognize our center as an official FamilySearch Center. Waiting for the tech people to address it.

In a past Tech Support call, it was mentioned that the extension will work even when it's grayed out. We had a problem with not being able to see records restricted to the FSC computers, records that should have been viewable in a Center but not a home. We called the Tech Support number Opt 5. They discovered that the Center was somehow on the wrong switch; a switch that wasn't recognized by FamilySearch. Once the switch was corrected, we could see the images. Is it possible that your issue could be the switch?
You might also try just rebooting the computer. It has helped us many times to just shut the computer down and restart it again.1
