I would like help with two different translations. Both are marriage records and I am interested in the handwritten part that mentions the children already born to the couple.

First on is item 3, Felice Fajola and Maddalena Capponi. .

Fajola/ Capponi - The spouses have revealed that from their natural union were born two children, registered as children of unknown parents; a boy on 13 Oct 1888 in this town with the name Luigi Fajola, and a girl on 10 May 1893 in this town with the name Filomena Antonia Fajola; and they declare that by this act they recognize the children as their own with all the effects of legitimization.

Fajola / Cicconi - The spouses have revealed that from their natural union were born two children, registered as children of an unknown mother; the first 17 Sep 1875 in this town with the name Lorenzo Luigi, the second 5 Oct 1881 with the name Emilia Luigi; and they declare that by this act they recognize the children as their own with all the effects of legitimization.
