Marriage certificate research help in Coahuila, Mexico
We are trying to find my Uncle's marriage certificate from 10/1/1964 in Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico for Richard (Dick or Dickie) DiMarco and Cynthia Crooks. He is deceased and had remarried two more times afterward.
We have searched everywhere. Does anyone have secret access we can't find?
If not found, can someone direct me to where I can request the marriage certificate?
Thank you.

@Tammy Covey The following excerpt is from the Research Wiki page for Coahuila, Mexico
. Writing for Civil Registration Certificates
If the records are not online, civil registration records in Mexico can be obtained by writing to the local civil registry in the municipality. This is particularly true for more recent records, which are covered by privacy laws. Relatives are allowed to request recent records for genealogy purposes. Civil officials will generally answer correspondence in Spanish. Your request may be forwarded if the records have been sent to state archives. This method is not always reliable. Officials might or might not respond. Each state now has a central civil registration office to which you can write for information. The address of the state civil registration office for Coahuila is:
Dirección General del Registro Civil
Calle Miguel Hidalgo # 337 Norte
Zona Centro
Saltillo Coahuila CP 25000
Tel: (844) 412-4620, 414-8798Civil Registration online http://www.registrocivilcoahuila.gob.mx/Pagina/Default.aspx This site is in Spanish. Use a translation service such as Google Translate or open the site in a browser such as Google Chrome to translate the page.
You can also write to the local town registrar. Write a brief request in Spanish to the proper office using this address as a guide, replacing the information in parentheses:
