Kill, Kjeld, and Kul are all born at the same time. Are they triplets, a set of twins with a sibling or 3 individuals?

The birth record for this individual is here (entry #21):
There is only one person in the record but it looks like there was some confusion on what his name should be. I looks like the name was originally Kiil (or Kul) Kornelius) Meyer. Then Karolius (in pencil or lighter ink) was written above Kornelius. Then they were all crossed out and Kjeld Kornelius Meyer was written in. Next Kornelius is crossed out and Karolius is written in above Kornelius. Hanssen is then at the bottom of the entry. The father, Kristian Levionsen, has Hans (written in pencil or lighter ink) as his first name.
There are some notes in the far right column that may help explain what happened. Written in pencil or lighter ink is a note that reads "x) One or the other was added without documentation". Then under that in ink is written "xx) Name change 27.01.83". That date must be 27 January 1983.
So the name that was given in the christening would be Kjeld Karolius Meyer Hanssen.
There is an indexed death record for him here:
