Help request
Hi everyone, I wanted to ask you a favor. Could someone search and then email me the download of the following documents? I would need the death document of Giacomo Stagno who died in Francica in 1812. I would also need the marriage document between Domenico Stagno and Catarina Fiarè, the marriage was celebrated in Zammarò (in Calabria) in 1816.
thank you all.

The records you are seeking are extremely difficult to find - those years do not have an index listing at the beginning or at the end of the records. For example, finding the death record for Giacomo Stagno would involve clicking through well over 100 records, one by one. This could take a very long time - hours - because the server that holds these records is extremely slow.
How do you know for sure that these dates are correct? How do you know that marriage was in 1816 and not 1815? Where did you find these years? If you know the year, do you also know the record number?
Any additional information will help decrease the amount of time it will take to find them.1 -
Usually the documents are sorted in order from January to December, so it should not be very difficult to find the document. I know that Giacomo Stagno died on January 10th, and I know that the marriage between Domenico Stagno and Catarina Fiarè took place on May 30th. I discovered these things by going to the search section, then I clicked genealogies, and I searched for Domenico Stagno, and I entered Calabria as the place. The results for this person came out, and by clicking on family I discovered that his father Giacomo died in 1812. I tried to write to the person who entered this data, but he didn't reply; so I thought I'd ask you for help. I hope you can help me

Yes, @Lorenzo2718, the records are in order by date, but you didn't share the dates when you made your request. Please remember to share EVERYTHING when you ask for a look-up. Those records are restricted to viewing only at a FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library. That means travel and a LONG time sitting at a computer when we don't have ALL the details.

@Lorenzo2718 Perhaps you can provide a URL / Link to the family / Genealogy that you found in your search - this may help @Áine Ní Donnghaile She is graciously volunteering a tremedous amount of time to help you find your records and anything we can do to reduce that time would be great.

Unfortunately I can't insert the link, but the identification code is: GLY8-DR4

I am not sure that you understand what must be done to search for the records you are looking for. We do not have access to those records on our home computers. As @Áine Ní Donnghaile has said more than once, they are restricted to access and require a trip to an AL or FSC. This requires time and planning. Amazing people like Aine volunteer a considerable amount of time to assist people like you with their requests. But fulfilling such requests can take days before such a trip can be planned and the requested records be searched or found.
Please show some patience and gratitude with your requests.

@Lorenzo2718 Are these parish records or civil registry records you are looking for?
If it is Civil Registry, there are records for Francica and Zammaro in the FamilySearch catalog which are not restricted and can be viewed on your home computer.

@Nestor Martinez1 Both URLs in your comment go to records with the camera+key icon meaning we cannot access from home. Possibly unrestricted for LDS Church members but not for the general public.

Hi Nestor - he is looking for the older pre-1860 civil records that are indeed restricted.

Hi Nestor, as SantaNinfa says, the documents I need are prior to 1860, and therefore we cannot access them from here

@Lorenzo2718 I have access to them from home. Send me a private message with details of what you would like me to look up and I will see if I can find them.

The details are listed above, Nestor - after much back and forth.
