Birth Record No. 99, Piotrkow Kujawski Parish, of Kacper Stramowski, born in Zagorzyce on the 16th December 1849, christened on the 30th December 1849, son of Jan Stramowski, a farmer, 23 years old, resident of Zagorzyce, a Catholic, and of his wife, Elzbieta, born Kubiak, 21 years old. Witnesses: Walenty Kapelak, 30 years old, and Karol Grzelak, 40 years old, both laborers, Catholics, residents of Zagorzyce. Godparents: the above-mentioned Walenty Kapelak and Maryanna Zielinska.
