Translation Request - Birth Record Ottilia Streich
Hi, I just joined this group. A fourth cousin that I discovered through Ancestry.com told me about this group.
My maternal side of the family is from Poland. My Mom, immigrated to Canada in the 1950s. She passed away during Covid, and I guess this is a way for me to feel close to her.
Would you be able to translate this potential birth record of my maternal grandmother? I have attached the link. The scan that I am interested in is the bottom one on the page.
Thanks so much
Doris Miller

Witnesses: Eduard Krieger, a farmer in Olędrzy near Pontiowska?, 42 years old, and Alfred Stiebner, a church musician in Dimbrow 39 years old.
Godparents: Eduard Krieger and Paulina Stiebner born Laube.
Signed by: Eduard Kryger and Alfred Stiebner.
I am a little unsure on the exact age of the wife; it looked like there might have been another number after 30 but I couldn't tell. I'm also unsure on the location for the witness Eduard Krieger, but I know that it was in a German/Dutch settlement in Poland called Olędrzy. Glad to have you in the community!
