Help with transcription/translation of this family register from Stuttgart, Germany
I need some help deciphering this family regist (#144) from Stuttgart, Germany. I can't read the notes that the priest inserted into it.

Fidelis and Luise had a daughter Pauline born 30 Aug 1834. she married in 1862. Can't read husband's name. The family register for them is XVIII, 504
Fidelis died 29 Oct 1835 and Luise married Ludwig Friedrich Bode in Reutlingen on 11 Sep 1836. He was born 6 Sep 1807 in Bietigheim. His parents are Ludwig Friedrich Bode and Justine Christiane Beck. They had 7 children listed on the register:

#8(10): Luise Charlotte born 8 Nov 1851
. Not sure why there are numbers in parentheses for the last three children
I can't read the information following the birth dates of the children.
Luise Gottlobin died in Reutling on 19 Sep 1856.
Ludwig Friedrich Bode then married Pauline Magdalene Friederike Müller, the widow of Ludwig's brother Christian Ludwig Bode on 14 Jun 1860 in Stuttgart.
Ludwig Died 21 Jul 1861 and Pauline Magdalene married Georg Grünzweig 7 May 1872 in Stuttgart.
Any help that you can offer would be very much appreciated.
Thank you!

You've done very well figuring out this complicated record. Here are some additions that may help -
Husband #1: Fidelis Sautter, born 4 Aug 1806 in Ennetach, Saulgau. His parents are Johann Evangelist Sautter, Adler innkeeper in Enntach, and Agnes Nagel. He was a citizen and lithographer in Reutlingen, Catholic, and died on 29 October 1835.
He married Luise Gottlobin Fuchs in Ennetach on 22 Oct 1833 in Ennetach. She was born 6 Jun 1810 [in Reutlingen?] She is protestant. Her parents are Christoph Jacob Fuchs, confectioner in Reutlingen, and Jacobine Regine [Cammerer or Kammerer?]. She died in Reutlingen on 19 September 1856.
Fidelis and Luise had one child, a daughter Pauline born 30 Aug 1834, no confirmation date listed. She married 16 November 1862 to Johann Gottlob Hopphan. The family register for them is XVIII, 504
Luise married Ludwig Friedrich Bode, citizen and lithographer in Reutlingen, on 11 Sep 1836. He was born 6 Sep 1807 in Bietigheim. His parents were the deceased Ludwig Friedrich Bode, shoemaker in Bietigheim, and Justine Christiane Beck. He died on 21 July 1861. Luise and Ludwig had 7 children listed on the register:
#2: Carl Friedrich born in Reutlingen 27 Nov 1837. lithographer, married 21 May 1865 to [can't read first name] Müller - FB XX, 145
#3: Julius Friedrich born 3 Feb 1840 died i
n Stuttgart?#4: Emma Elise born 25 Nov 1843 married 8 Jan 1867

Pauline was born on 9 September 1817 in Reutlingen. Her parents were the deceased Mathäus Ulrich Müller, lacemaker in Reutlingen, and Jacobina Rosina nee Göppinger.
Pauline Magdalene married Georg Grünzweig 7 May 1872 in
Stuttgart.Esslingen.Notes - the record doesn't specify that Luise Gottlobin Fuchs was born in Reutlingen, but it's highly likely, since her parents are listed from there.
The entry for Pauline's marriage can be found here -
Sorry, I know this link will not work correctly. When you click on it, change %3A to : wherever it appears in the link, and then it will work correctly.I not sure Julius Friedrich died in Stuttgart. The usual abbreviation is Stgt, and the writing after the + doesn't look like that.
Here's the translation of the big note in the middle, which may also explain the strange numbering for the children -
NB - In 1839 was mistakenly entered here instead of his brother Christian Ludwig Bode, ux. [wife] nee Müller, which mistake was discovered in Feb. 1859 and thereby corrected (according to the request of the K. ev. I. city parish office in Reutlingen) that this transfer should simply be regarded as not happened, and therefore the brother with his family (Vol. XV 832) was recorded, which therefore - without further transfer and re-transfer - which was acceptable because the family of the Bode listed here has since, because of deaths, reduced to the exact same number of people, namely male and female, as those of Christian Ludwig Bode (XV, 832) cfr. correspondence re [can't read] pr.1859. Ludwig Friedrich Bode moved here in 1860 as a result of his marriage to his widowed sister-in-law (vol. XV 832).
Now isn't that all clear as mud? Here's the link for the entry in Vol XV, 832 -
This entry also makes some reference to the mixup in the records of the brothers.
