Heincke, seel. Reimer Rohde Hinrichs gewesenen Müllers in Schwienhausen nachgelassene Wittwe, alt 60 Jahr - des Abends mit einer Rede beerdigt.

Translation:

Date of death: 22 April [1778]
Date of burial: 1 May
Heincke, surviving widow of the late Reimer Rohde Hinrichs, former miller in Schwienhusen, aged 60 years - buried in the evening with a sermon.
