Can't re-add someone I deleted
Context: I added all my living relatives to my family group shared tree. Then I deleted one of the people with the intention of re-adding him (reason: I'd added photos to his profile in my personal family tree and didn't see a way to sync, so I thought a simple delete/re-add would do the trick).
Action: Once he was deleted from the family group shared tree, I clicked "copy from my tree" and checked his box in the tree to add him back in.
Expected: He would be added back to the shared family group tree.
Actual: He was not added to the shared family group tree.
Verification: I verified that he was not in the tree by reviewing the family group tree and Person List (he did not show up) and checking the count of people at the top of the person list before and after attempting to add him (the count did not change). I repeated the attempt to copy him from my tree multiple times, with no success. It seems it's just a one-chance import, and if someone gets deleted, you can't add them back in.
Suggested solutions, prioritized:
1) make it possible to sync my updates to a living person's profile with their profile in the shared family group tree. That way I wouldn't need to delete and re-add him to get his memories added into the shared tree.
2) make it possible to re-add a person to the shared family group tree if their profile has been deleted. This is probably a good idea anyway, for any situation where a person gets deleted but belongs in the tree.
3) show an error message if attempting to add a person to the tree who can not be added, and the reason why. So at least we'd know instead of it failing silently.

Regarding adding memories to the group profile after adding them to the private profile see some of the posts under: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/158461/all-memories-from-public-person-not-visible-in-group-tree#latest
Otherwise, all three suggestions I would agree are good improvements.

The ability to re-add someone that you had copied from your tree, but then deleted is not currently available. This was to prevent the creation of duplicates. However, we are trying to resolve this so that you might in the future be able to copy over someone multiple times.
