This is difficult to read because of the tiny writing, but here's as much as I can make out. Maybe someone else can fill in the blanks.
Maurermeister, Steinhauer, Musikant, [can't read the rest on this line] - master mason, stone cutter, musician,
mit Anna Kunigunda Kisterer (Hans Kaspars*, XII [can't read] d. von Bronshausen
mit Christina Storch (+ seine Wilhelms 2) von [can't read], + [can't read] Anna Christine 16 XII 1739 (28 J [can't read] reformiert
mit Susanna Christine geb. ??edel, verwitwete Wentzel (Joh. Georg Wentzel's Witwe), *30 u 31 V 1712, +14 XII 1778 [buried] 16
Note - I don't think Susanna's maiden name is Wedel (unless you have this from some other source), because every other instance of a W on this image has the initial loop curling to the left, whereas here it curls to the right.

I know it is difficult to read but, I appreciate your effort! I wish these people who wrote this information had better handwriting.
Several questions. I take it Hans Kaspars is the father of Anna.
Christina's father is wilhelms and perhaps mother is Anna Christine?
Susana was married before to Georg Wentzel.
I will check on the marriage record and see what it says on there as far as her maiden name.
On many children's records there is this symbol. Do you know what that means?
Thanks for all your help,

Without seeing the format of other entries in this family register, I'm very hesitant to make any guesses about the information that appears after each wife's name.
For Johannes' record, it looks like a P to me, but again, without seeing other entries for context, I can't say what it means. Sorry.

I don't know if this helps, but here is a whole page from the register.

Thanks for posting the whole page. I wonder if the P stands for Pathe - godparent. In all the cases where this letter appears, the person is at least 16 or 17 years old - so already confirmed and thus able to act as godparent. So look for church baptism records on those dates, and see if that works.
With regard to the wives, Hans Kaspar probably is the father of Anna. I still can't make sense of "seine Wilhelms 2" for Christina. Susanna is Johann Georg Wentzel's widow and her maiden name is ??del.

Is it possible that it is "Heinr. Wilhelms T." (Heinrich Wilhelms tochter)?
A similar T. appears just before "von Bronshausen" for Anna Kunigunda's father. So for the first two wives it gives their father and the third, since she is a widow, her deceased husband.

@JohnsonGreg has found the right interpretation, I think. Thanks! It's always good to have another set of eyes.
