Confusing details on Details screen?
Dear fellow tree huggers (get it Family Tree etc)... ok.
I have added a considerable amount of information regarding many of my relatives. And excuse me if I'm having a laps of understanding (most probably) I do that a lot.
But this relative below, if you look at his Details seems confused on John Hustler(s)
John Hustler (1877–1945) • Person • Family Tree • FamilySearch
How do i mean?
Well in the following picture the father and son are listed twice. See 1A and 1B.
And 2A. And 2B.
The identifier number is the same so they are the same person.
I dont think they should be listed twice, UNLESS there are two mothers? showing that with this wife he had these children But i Don't see that in any entry for John H. Although I may have missed it. I don't see the links. So I assume something has been added that is not right.
This is the grandparent of my wife so we are pretty sure there was no second wife.
Thank you again.

I have had this happen sometimes when merging people. As you said it seems to think there is another unknown spouse of the son, but if you know there is not it is easy to fix. Click on the edit symbol of son 2b, scroll to bottom and click delete relationship. Check the box. Write reason as duplicate and done. Every time I do this I have a little worry that it will delate 1A and 2A relationship as well but it never does. (if you are really worried you are going to mess up take note of the id numbers so you can easily re add them again)

I fully concur with @JodiStoddard 's comments. I find this quite frequently and easily fixed when you know how (like many things in life!). It is possible to have a child with three parental relationships - one to both parents, one to just the father and one to just the mother - where the records for the parents have the same IDs.

Thanks. I followed @JodiStoddard advice and the annoying connections where removed and nothing else.
All seems good now.
