It is "Henzi" (today Hänzi) from Meinis(ch)berg. Compare with "Häffliger" (today Häfliger).

To answer your second question: The line under Barbara Hänzi says "Kirchöri Pieterlen". It says that Meinisberg belongs to the parish of Pieterlen (canton of Bern). If the bride or the groom came from a different parish, this was usually indicated in this way.
