I am looking for confirmation/correction of what I think this record says and translation of a couple parts I am not certain of

3. Child: Joannes Antonius
4. Sponsor: Joann Adamus Roth
5. Village: Kirrweiler
6. I believe the second line is naming the parish priest but what is it saying about him?
7. Does this record indicate that the birth and baptism were the same day?
8. What is being said about the sponsor at the very end?
