Can you please translate the death record for Andreas Hecker 16 Oct 1779?

It is a somewhat different Latin description of the death and I am not quite sure to read all words correctly:

16ta vivere defcit(?) eodem morbs invasus(?) et extinctus Andreas Hecker ex Speck.

meaning:

On the 16th Andreas Hecker from Speck ceased to live afflicted and extinguished by the same disease.

In the record above "Dysentherica" (dysentery) is mentioned.
