Translation help, please - handwritten marriage record headings
Hi!
I would like help, please, translating the headings for this marriage record, please. The record is an 1880 marriage record in Kirchenkreis Herford > Bünde. The record was found on Archion: https://www.archion.de/en/viewer/churchRegister/135812?cHash=18624872e5263922e6086c0b270910a8
The first column is clearly the record number - but I'd be interested in knowing what the full heading says. I can make out the last word of the second column - bridegroom - and it's likely something like "given name" and "surname" The third column relates to the parents, but I don't know what the column heading says. Fourth column - alter - age, I think. I don't know what the headings are for the 5th and 6th columns. Then it repeats for the bride. Then three final columns. Thank you!

Here's the translation of the headers -
Running number
First and last name of the groom
Name, occupation, and residence of his parents
Age
[This column is not quite clear. First it says Einwilligung (meaning permission, probably from the parents if the bride or groom is underage), which is crossed out, and another word is written between the syllables, but I can't make it out. Then underneath that, it says Standesamt - civil registrar.]
If he has already been married and how the marriage ended
[same info repeated for the bride, then]
Day of the marriage
Pastor who performed the marriage
Residence of the married couple (House number)
