This page is actually not the marriage record but a document about the first two proclamations of banns for Moritz Bender and Rosetta Mann. The proper marriage record may be on the following page or in a different book.
Here is the translation of No.1:
Today, Sunday, January 11, 1846, at noon, I, Philipp Jakob Schall, mayor and civil registrar of the municipality of Pfiffligheim, Canton Pfeddersheim, went to the main door of the municipal building here and proclaimed for the first time and announced that
I. Moritz Bender, 23 years old, merchant residing in Bubenheim in Bavarian Palatinate, the adult son of
1) August Bender, 67 years old, merchant residing in Bubenheim in Bavarian Palatinate and
2) his wife Magdalena, née Moritz, living in the aforementioned Bubenheim and
II. Rosetta Mann, 27 years 11 months old, without occupation, residing in Pfiffligheim, adult daughter of
1) Alexander Mann, 50 years old, merchant residing in Pfiffligheim and
2) his wife Barbara, née Kaufmann, 53 years old, residing in Pfiffligheim
are willing to enter into a marriage bond with each other.
After this marriage announcement had been recited in a loud, audible voice, an excerpt was pinned to the main door of the municipal building and this present act was recorded.
No. 2 is a verbatim copy of No. 1, just the date in the first line is January 18, 1846.
