This is a rather long one.
----
Marriage of Andrzej Powroz and Julianna Kapczyńska. 10 February 1825, Szadek Parish
Record number 19
On 10 February 1825, appearing before us, the civil registrar of the community and parish of Szadek, in the county of Szadek in Kalisz voivodship, was Andrzej Powroz, a soldier of the 4th Mounted Rifle Regiment, First Squadron (pułk czwarty strzelców konnych pierwszy szwadron), a bachelor 24 years old, as demonstrated to us by information publicly available in the municipal office of the city of Szadek and confirmed on the 10 February of the current year. The Son of Andrzej Powroz and Maryanna Powroz née Wojtowa, who live in the city of Kaunas, in the Vilnius Voivodship [Parents are living in Lithuania? Was the groom born in Lithuania?]. In the event that the parents are not alive, Fryderyka Polszon of Szadek will be in assistance.
The bride – Julianna Kapcinska, a maiden, 22 years old, as demonstrated to us by birth records kept in metrical books archived in the Szadek parish and confirmed on 9 February of the current year. The daughter of Antoni Kapcinski and Magdelena née Adamkiewicz, a married couple residing in the city Szadek . The father is deceased as per the metrical books archived in the Szadek parish and confirmed on 9 February of the current year, thus in assistance is Andrzej Kanarski, her stepfather,
The appearing parties request that we proceed with the ceremony, the announcements of which went out on Sunday at 12:00 in the afternoon, and posted on the doors of the community house. The first, on the 23, the second on the 30 of January of the current year.
If there are no objections to marriage in question, we, having read the papers, from which it is shown that the formalities required by the law are observed, having read the sixth section of the Code titled on Marriage, we ask the future spouse if they want to get married.
To which, when each of them separately replied that it was their will, we declare on behalf of the Law that Andrzej Powroz and Julianna Kapcinska are thus married. This was performed in the presence of witnesses Stefan Kraszewski, 28 years old and Jozefa Kaniewska 64 years old, Fryderyka Polszon 30 years old, Jan Kapcinski 58 years old, all residents of Szadek. This was read to the attendees and is signed by the parish priest because the attendees are illiterate.

Good work of translation with some needed adjustments:
1. Andrzej Powroz, son of Andrzej Powroz and of Maryanna Powroz, nee Wojt (Wojtowa = wife of Wojt, Wojtowna = daughter of Wojt, Wojtow = of family of Wojt, her father was Wojt)
2. Parents of Andrzej Powroz living in Kaunas, Vilno province, Lithuania. Most likely Andrzej Powroz was born there.
3. Since/when parents not alive, Andrzej Powroz lives with Fryderyk Polszon of Szadek. It can be confusing as Fryderyk is a male name, in Genitive case it is Fryderyka, the same as female name. In this case it should be Fryderyk.
4. “demonstrated to us by birth records kept in metrical books archived in Szadek Parish” – should be: a copy of the birth record from Szadek Parish was submitted.
5. Magdelena should be Magdalena
6. The father is deceased as per the metrical books archived in the Szadek parish and confirmed on 9 February of the current year = the father not alive according to copy of his death record from Szadek Parish, issued on the 9th February 1825.
7. thus in assistance is Andrzej Konarski, her stepfather = she is assisted (or supported) by Andrzej Konarski, her stepfather.
8. Witnesses: Jozef Kaniewski, not Jozefa Kaniewska, the women were not witnesses at that time, only when they were godmothers. Genitive of male name Jozefa is the same as female name Jozefa.
9. Fryderyk, not Fryderyka Polszon, the same explanation as above.
