Is anyone familiar with Billingsfors Parish, Älvsborg, Sweden Genealogy books?

I have a relative who moved away and the reference that is given is a number and a number and a year. I have done enough research to know that the number is not the page number in the same book. Example below.

In the moveing out record 1833, he is nr 10 in the list https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0043003_00023

It say he moved to Elfdalen that can be Älvdalen in modern spelling,

I checked the Church records for Älvdalen and there is no moveing in record för 1833

Can you please add what record and year this is from, it would make it more easy to tell

But it looks like the it is moveing information, if your relative moved out, it tells that it is moveing out record nr 1 year 1833 https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0043003_00023 the left hand side in the document

Ulf, you are so kind to help me. This is a from Billingsfors kyrkoarkiv, Husförhörslängder, SE/GLA/13025/A I/7 (1829-1840) or on the Arkivdigital, it is ArkivDigital: Billingsfors (P) AI:7 (1829-1840) Image: 47 Page: 40. It is from 1829 through 1833 which is the year Andres Larsson, or "A Larsson" moved away. Here is a much better screen shot.
