I need some help please with someone who is familiar with navigating around these.

That's too broad of a question. You need to provide specifics if you want help. Are you talking about the city of Napoli or the province / metropolitan city of Napoli (which has nearly 100 separate towns, each with their own separate records)? What time frame? What kind of records?

Thanks for the response.
I have attached the index record. I am having difficulties locating the Uff.2 V. 162-N. 1322. I know there are so many different records there. This is for the metropolitan city.

Sorry, getting my jobs mixed up. I meant Palermo.

Palermo records post 1865 are no longer broken into separate sezione but into two registration offices (Ufficio 1 and Ufficio 2). Most of the Palermo city records after 1865 are not available online. FamilySearch has some in the Palermo tribunale collection but they are mostly for the outlying hamlets of the city (Brancaccio, Resuttana, etc.), all listed under Palermo, but you can look at the cover page of each book to tell which specific place the records come from. You can look and see if you get lucky but chances are the record can only be obtained from the city offices directly.
