Translation Request - Spanish Philippines
I have a document (Catholic Birth Record) that I believe has more information than has been indexed and even though I can generally read spanish, I am having problems interpreting this document: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSMN-XNH8
The name is Manuel Paulisbo. It is the second paragraph on the left. These document typically have the child being baptised and the parent, maternal and paternal grandparents and the god parents. We have everything but the grandparents. I see names there but can't figure out the relationship.

Hey there, I believe that I can assist you in this situation, but there is a problem, I can't seem to access the record. Can you please add something like a screenshot so I can attempt to transcribe the record for you?

Oh goodness! I seem to have forgot about this, I apologize for this!!!
I have been working on this for a bit here is what I have managed to transcribe! Please note that my skills aren't the best due to my vision being limited, the quality of the image isn't of best quality, and I am a bit under the weather.
Manuel Paulisbo Nicolas

@StewardCraigAlan1 The grandparents are not metioned on the record. The godfather is mentioned (Francisco Atad Antonio) . The record also says that the child belonged to the "gremio de los naturales" of the town of Siguijor, and that the parents were from the "barangay" of Agustin Olandag Domingo. I am not sure what the phrase "gremio de los naturales" means in reference to native filipinos. I suspect that it means just that, that the child was a native filipino. Transcription: “En veinte y uno días de Junio de mil ochoctos. [ochocientos] cincuenta y un años. Yo Fr. José Ma. [María] del Angl. [Angel], Cura Interno.
