August Babinsky

I am trying to locate August Babinsky who was born in Prague May 1854, was catholic and immigrated to Kansas in 1884. I have looked in several places (I know Prague is a large City). I did find this record in the Police registration for an August Babitzka born in 1854. Could this be my August? If so how can I tell what parish he lived in?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.\

Note that Babinsky (respectively Babinský) is an ordinary Czech surname, such a fundamental change of the surname (the surnames have entirely different meanings) is unlikely. A first name change is more likely. Also, the mention of Prague as a place of birth does not necessarily mean Prague but could refer to a village near Prague.
