To the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, personally known, the midwife Widow Luise Eckart nee Linzer, residing in Erfurt, Neue Strasse No. 13, [blank] religion, and reported that Elise Weise nee Schildhelm, Lutheran religion, wife of the master rope maker Hieronymus Hermann Weise, Lutheran religion, residing with her husband in Erfurt at Friedrich Wilhelm Platz No. 15, gave birth to a male child in the home of her husband on the 9th of September at 10am, who has not yet been named. Widow Eckart confirmed that she was present at the confinement of Mrs. Weise.

To the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, personally known, the undertaker Johann Biller, residing in Erfurt, Michaelisstrasse 42, and reported that Leonhard Bruno Weise, 14 years, 9 months and 20 days ole, Lutheran religion, residing in Erfurt, Friedrich Wilhelm Platz No. 15, born in Erfurt, son of the merchant Hieronymus Hermann Weise and his wife Elise nee Schildhelm, both residing in Erfurt, died on the 29th of June 1890, at 7pm, at the home on Friedrich Wilhelm Platz No. 15, as the informant declared from his own knowledge.
