It seems that this record is for Anna Elisabetha Göbel, not Geibel. The letter ö is most clearly seen in the signature of her brother Conrad Göbel as a witness.
Here is the translation:
Jacob Heckmann and Anna Elisabetha Göbel[in]
In the year of Christ 1824 the 21st of November at 12 noon, after a proclamation duly made in the local parish church and in Bettenhausen, were married and consecrated: Jacob Heckmann, local citizen and former field gunner and widower here, age 51 years, 9 months, 27 days and Anna Elisabetha Göbel, legitimate still unmarried daughter of Johann Heinrich Göbel, resident of Bettenhausen and his wife Elisabetha, née J__ , age 38 years and 5 months.
Witnesses were Johann Heinrich Heckmann, local citizen and master of linen weaving here, brother of the bridegroom and Conrad Göbel, local citizen and master of linen weaving at Bettenhausen, brother of the bride, who signed the present protocol with their own hands together with me, the vicar who carried out the copulation.
