Please help with 1724 Baptism and 1723 Marriage - Are they related?
Please transcribe and translate this baptism (FHL Film 176235; image 36 of 351; last item on right), which I think is my 4th great grandmother. Here's what I think it says: [15 Jan 1724] Willhelmus Tesche und Anna Cathatina Müller zu Schaberg, tochter Anna Catharina, _____ Fridrica(?) Tesche, Peter _____. Clement _____ _____ _____, und Engel Müller

And then please translate and transcribe this marriage (FHL Film 176233; image 262 of 574; first item on left), which might be Anna Catharina's parents and let me know if you think they are my 5th great grandparents. Is the date of this marriage 21 Mar 1723? The groom is Wlhelmus Tersche (which is NOT "Tesche") but bride is same. Please be skeptical.

Baptism record:
[15 Jan 1724] Willhelmus Tesche und Anna Catharina Müller zu Schaberg, tochter Anna Catharina, Zeugen: Fridricus Tesche, Peter Büchel(?). Clemens Kleinjung nachgelaßne Wittwe, und Engel Müller
Translation:
[15 Jan 1724] Anna Catharina, daughter of Willhelmus Tesche and Anna Catharina Müller of Schaberg, Witnesses: Fridricus Tesche, Peter Büchel(?). surviving widow of Clemens Kleinjung, and Engel Müller
Marriage (banns) record:
[banns:] d. 7. 14. und 21. Marty. Wilhelmus Tersche, Fridericus Tersche __ Crohnenberg(?) Ehl: Sohn und Anna Catharina Möller, Engeln Möller zu Schaberg Ehl: Tochter.
Translation:
[banns:] on 7th, 14th and 21st March. Wilhelmus Tersche, legitimate son of Fridericus Tersche from Crohnenberg(?) and Anna Catharina Möller, legitimate daughter of Engel Möller of Schaberg.
My comment:
While there are some slight differences in spelling (Tesche/Tersche, Müller/Möller) I would assume that these are the same people. Note also that two of the baptism witnesses seem to be the grandfathers of the child.
The second record just gives the dates of the banns not of the marriage.

Thanks, @Ulrich Neitzel
In the baptism translation, you write: "Witnesses: Fridricus Tesche, Peter Büchel(?). surviving widow of Clemens Kleinjung, and Engel Müller".
How can "Peter Büchel(?) be a "widow"? Did something get lost in translation?

I was puzzled by this also. It has nothing to do with the translation; the same problem exists in the original German text.
I see two possibilities: either I misread the first name of xxx Büchel, but I can't come up with any female name that fits. Or the widow is just identified by the name of her deceased husband Clemens Kleinjung, so she and Peter Büchel are two different witnesses.

I prefer the latter: Clemens Kleinjung's widow.
