Looking for the Original Birth/Baptism Record
Several years ago my neighbor obtained the attached copy of his grandmother's birth/baptism record...last entry on page.
Unfortunately, this is the best copy available...could someone please attempt to translate this record for me please? Perhaps with a translation I could look for the original record in a civil registration files.
Thank you in advance for your assistance :)

This is a birth record for a male child. Did you mean his GM's registration was the previous one?

Thank you for your timely reply. He told me it was for his grandmother, Raffaeli Sabatino. Does the copy provide any clues as to where the birth record might be recorded? Can you determine the date and/or place of birth and/or names of parents?
Thank you,
David

Here's the information on the record:

- Registered 1897-07-27 @ 10:30 in Pentuna[?];
- Father and declarant: Sabatino Raffaeli, 29, labourer, living in Pentuna[?];
- Birthplace: Via Carusi n°2;
- Birthdate: 1897-07-26 @ 16:00;
- Wife: Giacinta Pardi, labourer, same residence;
- Son's name: Vincenzo.
Seems to be his US immigration record (see proceeding image too) since the age and parents match:

The name of the comune is Pentima (now called Corfinio) in L'Aquila.
There are currently no records online for that comune after 1865 so you would need to contact the comune directly for any further records related to this family.
