Translation Request for Birth record

Hi,

Can anyone help me with below Birth entry...

Giuseppe SCAPIN (1908–Deceased) • Person • Family Tree • FamilySearch

From what I can translate this poor little baby might have been a still born "senza vita" Can someone confirm this for me?

I have checked the deaths for the corresponding year and town but there is no entry.

I am also wondering if a death record is recorded for a still born?

Yes, stillborn. No separate death record.

Interestingly, the father (who declared the birth) was not required to bring the (deceased) baby to the town hall for the registration due to bad weather. The official was able to verify the birth and death of the child through other means.
