Please help with the translation of the police registration file of the city of Leipzig.
Please help me to translate my great-grandfather Otto Schmidt's police registration file for the City of Leipzig. The text that needs to be translated is inside the red line.
Thank you.

The image quality of very poor, which makes it difficult to read. Can you either post a link to the original, or repost with a clearer image?

I attached new images, which hopefully are of better quality. Unfortunately, I do not have a link to the original source. A copy of the original document was sent to me from the archive by post.

@sylviaelchinger1 Are the images still too poor to read? Thank you. PaulaAnn

The images are still difficult to read because of the shadow image in each. Here's the best I can do.

NOTE - you can look up the Schmidt family over the years in the Leipzig city directories, which are all online at https://adressbuecher.sachsendigital.de/. The first drop-down is for the town - scroll down until you find Leipzig. The second drop-down is for the year, so sometime in the 1900s. In the third space on the right, enter the family name Schmidt. Fair warning - there are tons of Schmidts, and also tons of Hermanns.

I'm just going to transcribe this rather than translate. Because of all the abbreviations, it's hard to know the meaning without more context. This section appears to be a military record.
